3 days of activism
The third annual Womxn's March through Seattle will kick off a weekend full of workshops and training to "energize" and "activate" future leaders. The March begins at 9 a.m. Saturday at Cal Anderson Park.
Wet weather returns
Our blustery weather is expected to continue through at least Saturday morning, before diminishing Saturday afternoon. Showers could linger through the day. Sunday should be mostly dry but cloudy.
Spotlight on glass art
The Tacoma Art Museum is hosting its grand opening ceremony Saturday at 10 a.m. to celebrate the completion of a $10 million project that will feature art from the Benaroya collect.
Dig it
Another round of razor clam digging is underway. The five-day dig, which continues through Monday, is permitted at Twin Harbors, Mocrocks Beach, and Copalis Beach.
Sunday eclipse
Clouds may hinder visibility of a lunar eclipse Sunday evening in Western Washington. However, we could see a few breaks in the clouds since the whole event lasts a few hours.
