Police found a 7-year-old boy with autism and his 13-year-old sister safe in Richland shortly after an AMBER alert was issued for the pair Wednesday morning.
The 13-year-old took her parents' car without permission and left their house in Richland with her 7-year-old brother who has autism on Tuesday night, according to police.
The children left the house in a silver 2011 Chevrolet Equinox SUV.
