The 1,200-square-foot house contains mold, according to Metropolist. The listing warns: "Attn: Investors/Builders. Enter at your own risk. Wear mask as mold is present; type not tested. Do not enter if you are pregnant or have health issues."
The property is being sold 'as is,' including debris and steep stairs.
Despite the warnings, Redfin considers the property a 'Hot Home" and expects it to sell quickly. The listing boasts of desirable views and location, with a total lot size of 6,460 square feet.
The Ballard property has been on the market for four days. While the sale price of the home is listed at $775,000, Redfin says its actual estimate is higher at over $830,000.
