Sunday April, 1

Enjoy an old-fashioned Easter on the farm with petting zoos, egg hunting, and even riding ATVs. Fox Hollow farm in Issaquah offers events Saturday and Sunday for $50 per car, or up to seven people, all activities included. Be sure to get tickets online so they don’t sell out.

Spring skiing is still in season! Catch the last of the snow at Snoqualmie’s Easter Eggstravaganza. Online lift tickets for youth ages 7 to 12 are just $25 and tickets for children 6 and under are just $10. Easter breakfast starts at 8:30 a.m. and is $10 at Silver Fir Lodge. Children ages 2 to 8 can join the egg hunt in the plaza, check-in at Alpental Lodge. For an on-the-mountain egg hunt, kids 2-12 can join with no check-in required and a chance to win prizes including a season pass and a free lift ticket.

Kids opening day at Safeco Field lets all kids 14 and under take home a Félix Hernández T-shirt thanks to Boeing. That starts at 1:10 p.m. but kids and their families are invited to join a parade around the warning track from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Field access is at the right field ramp near section 114.

For a more relaxing Sunday, you can enjoy a brunch aboard a two-hour cruise on Lake Washington and Lake Union. The cruise leaves from Waterways Home Port or Kirkland Marina at 10:30 a.m. It is open to all ages and costs $69 per person. Children ages 5-12 are $40 and children under 4 are free. Be sure to check the availability online.
