A Seattle take on a Philly Cheesesteak

Having grown up outside Philadelphia, Tom Douglas has had a cheesesteak or two.

SEATTLE — The city of Philadelphia is known for two big things: their history and their cheesesteak. Chef Tom Douglas grew up near Philly and has his own Seattle-take on the classic sandwich.
