Seattle — With over 375,000 subscribers on YouTube, Adam Bannon and Stephanie Tornatore have found great success with their YouTube channel, Fit Couple Cooks. Now that they've shared their healthy recipes, workouts, and health tips through their online videos, they are debuting their new cookbook, Healthy Meal Prep, which is full of recipes and meal plans to help readers save time and money. To jump start your morning, Bannon and Tornatore are sharing their recipes for overnight oats.

Chocolate Banana Overnight Oats

Prep time: 5 minutes

Cook time: 0 minutes

Serving size: 1 container

Makes: 6 servings

This breakfast meal prep couldn’t be easier. You’re one bowl away from chocolate banana heaven, no cooking required.

Ingredients

  • 2½ cups whole milk
  • 1½ cups old fashioned (rolled oats)
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 2 ripe bananas, diced
  • 6 tbsp undenatured whey protein
  • 2 tbsp raw cacao powder

Directions:

In a large bowl, mix together the milk, oats, hemp seeds, bananas, whey protein, and cacao powder until well combined. Divide the oat mixture evenly among 6 small jars or airtight containers. Refrigerate overnight before eating.

Peanut Butter and Jelly Overnight Oats

Cook time: 0 minutes

Serving size: 1 jar

Makes: 6 servings

Fresh strawberries and peanut butter bring all the sweetness you need to this simple and satisfying morning meal.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1½ cups old fashioned (rolled) oats
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 12 strawberries, diced
  • 6 tbsp all-natural peanut butter

Directions:

In a medium bowl, mix together the almond milk, oats, chia seeds, strawberries, and peanut butter until well combined. Divide the mixture evenly among 6 small jars or airtight containers. Refrigerate overnight before eating.
