Tim Disney's new movie is a coming of age story unlike any other

"William" is about overcoming differences to find your place in the world.

SEATTLE — Tim Disney's new movie "William" tells the story of a Neanderthal, cloned from pre-historic DNA and raised by two scientists in the 21st century. William's "otherness" makes it difficult for him to fit in, but also gives him a unique perspective on life. Although William is genetically different from modern day people, audiences can identify with his journey as he tries to find his place in the world.

Disney joins New Day Northwest talk about his movie and the deeper meanings behind it.

"William" opens Friday, April 26, at the AMC Seattle 10 theater in the University District, 4500 9th Ave NE.
