This Blind Cyclist will ride 206 miles for charity

Clark Roberts plans to ride the Seattle to Portland bike race this summer.

SEATTLE — Clark Roberts is the founder and executive director of the charity Ultimate Vision, a motivational speaker, a born jokester and also a blind bicyclist. After losing his vision at 24, Roberts didn't let that stop him from living his life to the fullest. He lives an active life, going skiing, skydiving and of course cycling.

Roberts founded Ultimate Vision to inspire others to overcome the challenges in their own lives. For his next challenge, Roberts will ride the Seattle to Portland this summer, traveling a total of 206 miles to raise money for charity. Roberts joins New Day Northwest with his guide dog Aurelia and former guide dog Arby to talk about his next adventure.

Clark will be riding the 200+ mile Seattle to Portland bike ride (STP) and his team is raising funds to benefit Ultimate Vision. They've set up a GoFundMe page for the event if you'd like to help or just follow along.
