SEATTLE — SoundOff! is a music competition for bands with members ages 21 and under in Seattle, held by the Museum of Pop Culture (MoPop) every year. This year's winner is a band called i///u. The six members of the neo-soul group have been playing together for a year. As a part of their prize, they'll get 20 hours of recording time at the Vera Project, a Gibson SG Special guitar and Drum Workshop Design Series drum set.
