SEATTLE — Most 10-year-olds are still thinking of what they want to be when they grow up, but Jaylin Harris has gotten quite the head start on forging her own career. Harris is the artistic eye behind Creations By Jaylin, an online store that sells handmade ascots, button earrings, and paintings.

Harris joins New Day Northwest to talk about what it's like running a business at 10 years old and shared more about the specialized school she attends, that focuses curriculum geared toward students with dyslexia and other learning differences. She also teaches Margaret how to make a pair of fabric-covered button earrings.
