Pike Place Market Foundation's Sunset Supper event, held on August 17, showcases some of the region's best food and drink offerings while supporting the foundation's efforts to keep the market thriving.
Chef Ben Closson from All Water Seafood and Oyster Bar will be serving up Heirloom Tomato Gazpacho with a Dungeness Crab Salad and Lemon Cracker at the Sunset Supper, but today he's demonstrating how to recreate his Stone Fruit and Heirloom Tomato Salad with burrata, toasted pine nuts, and grilled pumpernickel.
