Skinny Seattle customizes their weight loss program for every client

There's no such thing as a one-size-fits-all weight loss program. Each person faces unique challenges that can make weight loss difficult. Sponsored by Skinny Seattle.

SEATTLE — There's no such thing as a one size fits all weight loss program. Each person is different and faces different challenges that make weight loss difficult. Skinny Seattle joined New Day Northwest to discuss their customizable programs meant to address each person's unique needs to help them lose weight.

"No two people look alike, think alike, or have the same metabolism," said Skinny Seattle's Dr. Timothy Panah, "So we basically take a critical analysis of each client and then establish a program that's based just on their needs."

After creating a weight loss plan, Dr. Panah walks each client through 62 days of their individual program, "Weight loss is hard, and we want people to feel well supported and educated through the entire process."

Clients are encouraged to eat a diet of all natural foods available at their local grocery stores. The program focuses on teaching how to eat well with ingredients that are easily available, so they can keep up with their healthy diets long after the program is over.

Dr. Panah cites common physiological roadblocks that are taken into consideration when deciding on a plan for each individual person. Thyroid issues, digestive disruptions, and blood sugar dysregulation can all affect a person's metabolism and eating habits, making it difficult to achieve lasting weight loss. The program narrows in on these underlying causes to make weight loss easier.

Skinny Seattle says clients will achieve a loss of 20 to 40 lbs in 60 days and experience benefits like increased energy and confidence. They welcome people to discover the primary roadblock holding them back from achieving sustainable weight loss by taking their online quiz.
