Re-invigorate your workout with a partner

Put fun into fitness by working out with friends.

SEATTLE — Working out with a friend or partner can help you be more accountable, and see results faster because you're likelier to work out harder, plus having company is fun! Stephen Hitt from Crossfit Industrious joins New Day Northwest to talk about the benefit partner workouts can bring to your routine and show a few workouts you can do with your friends.

Hitt will demonstrate alternating medicine ball sit-ups, push-ups with a low five and squatting while your partner is in a plank. He recommends five repetitions of each exercise but you and your partner are encouraged to go as long or as short as you want.
