Seattle — Operation Laughter spent nine days in July touring Iraq and bringing entertainment to military bases. The tour is made up of comedians who served in the military. They are making their stop in the PNW on Nov. 10 in honor of veterans day. On Nov. 9 they are making a visit to the VA hospital in Seattle. We had comedians Ty Barnett and Steve Mazan give more background on the tour and share their experiences.

Ty started his career at Seattle's Comedy Underground and since then has taken off. He was one of the two finalists on Last Comic Standing and has been on T.V. shows such as, Tosh.O, Nickelodeon and Comedy Central. Steve started his career in San Francisco and has won an Emmy for his work writing on The Ellen Degeneres Show. In 2005, Steve was diagnosed with stage four cancer. That lead him to do his award-winning film, 'Dying to do Letterman'. He is now alive and well and performs at comedy clubs, as well as giving talks on cancer.
