SEATTLE — The La-Z-Boy and King 5 Weekend Warriors contest honors a veteran and their family by remodeling one room out of their house for maximum comfort. This year's Weekend Warrior is retired Army Staff Sergeant Brian King. King spent the last 25 years serving at home and overseas. After retiring from the armed forces he went on to help his fellow veterans transition back to civilian life and find employment outside of the military. La-Z-Boy honored his service to his country and his fellow veterans by giving his family a room makeover.
