Dietitian Ginger Hultin from Champagne Nutrition share her tips on how to maintain overall wellness during the busy holiday season.
Ginger suggests foods that help you distress like adaptogens: tulsi, lemon balm, ashwagandha and reishi mushroom. She also recommends magnesium foods like pumpkin seeds and almonds, spinach, dark chocolate, banana and broccoli.
