Tips to maintain wellness and de-stress over the busy holiday season

It's okay to indulge during the holidays, just make sure you balance it out with these good nutrition tips.

SEATTLE — We all know the holidays can be really fun with lots of get togethers, food and merriment. But sometimes all that fun can get overwhelming and stressful on our bodies.

Dietitian Ginger Hultin from Champagne Nutrition share her tips on how to maintain overall wellness during the busy holiday season.

Ginger suggests foods that help you distress like adaptogens: tulsi, lemon balm, ashwagandha and reishi mushroom. She also recommends magnesium foods like pumpkin seeds and almonds, spinach, dark chocolate, banana and broccoli.
