SEATTLE — The Royal Wedding is just two days away, and all eyes are on Meghan Markle and Prince Harry.

And naturally, even Meghan's workout routine is a matter of great interest. It turns out Meghan is a strong advocate of a workout called the Lagree Method.

Lindsey Naglieri and Stephanie Alabaster, from Studio 45 Seattle, demonstrated the workout and shared more about the health benefits of a Lagree Method workout, which takes 45 minutes to complete and works the entire body.
