Eat Intuitively! Learn to listen to yourself and ditch that diet once and for all

Registered Dietitian Erica Mouch introduces Intuitive Eating, the intersection of food, thought, emotion and instinct.

SEATTLE — The start of the new year may be one of the most popular times to start a new diet, but how long do they really stick?

Registered Dietitian Erica Mouch shows us a different approach to thinking about food by using Intuitive Eating, the intersection of food, thought, emotion and instinct.

Intuitive Eating is focused on each individual finding out what food works for them - one person will eat differently than the next.

Erica says permission to eat all foods is central to intuitive eating and that it isn't learned overnight and requires re-learning how to listen to your body, reconnecting to your body.
