SEATTLE — During election season, money speaks. in 2015, Seattle introduced a democracy voucher program to help citizens have a say. Seven of Seattle's nine city council positions will be up for re-election this year, and you can give the candidate of your choice up to four $25 vouchers to support their campaign.
