Seattle — The Tabata workout is a great way to stay in shape that doesn't take much time. You do 20 seconds of high intensity exercise and then a 10 second rest for eight rounds. RCF Renton demonstrated four exercises you can do at home, squats, burpees, Russian twists and jumping lunges. For this exercise to work, you do as many as you can in a 20 second time frame. This workout burns calories and only takes four minutes.
RCF Renton was also just voted the winner of "Best Butt-Kicking Workout" for the Best Of Western Washington competition!
