SEATTLE — Kent is ranked as one of the ten most diverse cities in the United States, and its culinary scene reflects that. 

In an effort to feature the different food and drink options they have to offer, the City of Kent has launched five new Food Trails, self-guided food tours that spotlight local businesses in different categories, like The Farm Fresh Trail, Local Libations, and Kid-Friendly Kitchens. 

Chef Yuie Wiborg from the Banyan Tree, featured on the International Eats Trail, gives us a culinary preview with a peek at dishes from Ubuntu Street Cafe, Airways Brewing, and Wild Wheat Bakery.
