SEATTLE — Over the course of the next 10 years, the aviation industry is expected to see a decrease in aviation jobs. That is why Alaska Airlines created Aviation day ten years ago in order excite and inspire the youth about the inter-workings of the aviation industry. This event aims to reach kids from underserved communities and diverse backgrounds, to show them that they can succeed in aviation careers.
