SEATTLE — There are many factors that may affect your ability to ask help from others. Maybe you don't want to feel like a burden to friends or family, or you're simply embarrassed that you can't do something on your own. Asking for help can be difficult in an array of situations. 

Dr. Gregory Jantz from A Place of Hope in Edmonds walks us through his Three Steps for Help:  how to recognize when help is needed, how to find help properly,  and how to accept it - because even when it is offered, you have to take the step forward to receive it.
