They may have just opened in September, but Lady Jaye feels like it's been a part of the West Seattle food scene for years. The place is run by veterans of the popular bar, Radiator Whiskey, and White Swan Public House.
The bill themselves as a smokehouse restaurant and cocktail bar. Their drink list is extensive. There's also plenty of local beer, wine, and a selection of hard seltzers.
Their meats are smoked on a smoker named Cletus that sits on their back patio. It's fired with applewood which burns cleaner than other woods.
Their Bologna Sandwich has house-smoked bologna, dill pickle slaw, potato chips and spicy mustard. So good!
Lady Jaye is also home to an awesome patio great for group hangouts on a clear day! Don't won't worry -- they have heaters so you'll be toasty even when it's chilly out.
