Portland's Peculiarium is full of so many things that one trip might not be enough.

PORTLAND, Ore. — Portland prides itself on being weird...and its Peculiarium delivers on that promise...ten times over.

Inside the only pink building on the block, you'll find the only business of its kind. Home to a ten foot tall Bigfoot, aliens and art, candies and curiosities...but what is it exactly?

A repository of all things peculiar. It's part free museum, part tchotchke Mecca, part ice cream parlor...with a twist.

"We have bug sundaes," said Lisa Freeman, Peculiarium co-owner.

"With actual bugs," added Mike Wellins.

It's true. You can select freeze-dried mealworms as a topping. The brave souls who have are immortalized on the Peculiarium's front window--helping make it a favorite for foreign tourists and anyone passing by.

Be warned--there's so much to see, one trip inside might not be enough.
