Boeing Classic tees off at The Club at Snoqualmie Ridge

SNOQUALMIE, Wash – The northwest's premiere golf tournament is back. The 14th annual Boeing Classic got underway this week at the Club at Snoqualmie Ridge.

The tournament runs through August 26 with events happening all week. They include the Seahawks Rumble at the Ridge, a youth clinic, and Korean Air Pro-Am.

The main event starts this Friday. Nearly 80 PGA TOUR Champions, including Seattle native Fred Couples, will compete for the $2.1 million grand prize. The champion will be crowned on Sunday.

Tickets are still available. You can choose from single-day passes, tournament passes or weekly passes.

The Boeing Classic is also a charitable event benefiting the Benaroya Research Institute at Virginia Mason and other local organizations. It has raised nearly $7 million in the last 13 years.

The Club at Snoqualmie Ridge is located at 36005 SE Ridge St in Snoqualmie, Washington.
