A taste of the tropics with Seattle's tiki bar roundup

Seattle Magazine writer A.J. Rathbun showed Evening three of his favorite tiki bars in Seattle.
The Jungle Bird is a classic drink at Hotel Albatross in Ballard. It contains dark rum, lime juice, pineapple juice and a fourth ingredient you don't see in tiki drinks often: the Italian bright red charmer Capare.

Like many drinks in the modern cocktail revolution, tiki has really made a comeback as bartenders and drinkers rediscovered just how good they can be. Seattle Magazine writer A.J. Rathbun showed Evening his top picks for tiki bars in Seattle.
