Wallace Falls

The nine jaw-dropping falls you'll encounter on the Wallace Falls trail will leave you speechless. Wallace Falls trailhead starts at the Central Cascades - Stevens Pass and goes for 5.6 miles. We've been told if you get out early on the trailhead, you are guaranteed to be rewarded with absolute tranquility, and the Woody Trail is consistently gorgeous as you walk along the Wallace River. Feel free to bring your dogs, but they are required to be leashed at all times.

Palouse Falls

Palouse Falls was named Washington state's waterfall in 2014. The waterfall was carved more than 13,000 years ago and it is among the last active waterfalls on the Ice Age floods path. The park offers three different views of the falls. All three views offer direct and panoramic views of the falls and the Palouse River Canyon. All three views are Instagram and Facebook-worthy!

Bridal Veil Falls

Here comes the... waterfall! This stunning waterfall on the east side of Mount Index has us hearing wedding bells since it looks exactly like its namesake. Bridal Veil Falls flows out of Lake Serene and Cascades. There are stairs you can climb parallel to the falls to take in the view. "Feel the wet spray and awesome power of the waterfall as you look up a 100-foot rock face and see broad streams of water pouring over it like a veil." Who knows, maybe you'll find your dream wedding photography hotspot!

Sol Duc Falls

The Sol Duc Valley in Olympic National Park has it all. Whether you're looking for beautiful trees, flowing waterways, snowcapped peaks or wildlife, you'll be sure to find it here. It's located on the Olympic Peninsula and is only 1.6 miles roundtrip. According to the Washington Trails Association, depending on water volume - Sol Duc Falls splits into as many as four channels. The falls offers many different viewpoints and there is a bridge that crosses the river that is a must-see.
