My three biggest loves in life are writing, meeting people and hanging out in nature. I could not be happier to tell your stories while getting the chance to explore beautiful Western Washington. Honestly, I still can’t believe I get paid to do this.
At KING, I get to wear a lot of hats. I’m what we call in the biz a multi-skilled journalist or MSJ. That means it’s just me and my camera. I shoot, write, edit and present my own stuff. I like being behind both the lens and pen, capturing moments on-camera as they happen and writing them into a finished piece.
Before I came to Seattle, I was a morning news anchor in Burlington, Vermont. What can I say, I can’t stay away from mountains!
Outside of work, skiing and adventuring out in the woods with my rescue dog, Milo, is what I love to do. I try to go on a new adventure every weekend, so please let me know of any skiing or hiking recommendations you have! I’m looking forward to my first Washington winter and trading in the East Coast ice I’ve been skiing on all my life for some West Coast powder.
I’m a graduate of Boston University College of Communication with a degree in broadcast journalism and minor in religious studies. Ancient religions are my jam, and I’m always down for a good conversation about mythology or the Roman Empire.
Connecticut is my home state, but I come from a large Italian-American family that lives on Long Island, New York. I’ll make a big plate of my grandmother’s meatballs for whomever can pronounce my last name correctly on the first try ;)
