Who's ready for fall???? Fall begins on Saturday at 6:54 PM.
A cold front sits a few hundred miles off our coastline which will trigger more rainfall for the region. Most of us look to be dry the majority of the day Friday as we play the waiting game. Temperatures top out in the 60s to lower 70s.
Friday will turn wet-the evening specifically. I have the front arriving on the coast by midday with Puget Sound seeing it in the late afternoon. That front opens the gates for cooler weather and more showers for Saturday. The weekend will feel cooler...Temperatures back down into the low to mid 60s.
Here's the ironic thing -- after fall arrives, we'll begin to see a large ridge develop in the Pacific. Basically, all that means is we'll likely see summer-like weather return by the middle part of next week. Temperatures gradually warm up each day with more sunshine. Don't put your shorts away just yet...
