Life after high school: Free workshops at Pierce County Library

Pierce County Library launches a series of workshops aimed at helping high school students and graduates prepare for college or develop other life skills.

The Pierce County Library kicked off the new year with workshops helping high school students and graduates succeed on many levels. Whether they're heading to college or looking for life and business skills, there's a workshop that applies. Workshops cover topics like practicing for the ACT/SAT, college essay writing, writing a college application, and financial literacy among many others.
