So then this customer starts to threaten our staff and gets him barred from the store, which was so avoidable if he would have let us handle the situation. Do not be fooled. The HD goes out of their way to help our customers regardless.

He totally disregarded and disrespected me as an associate as well as a good friend as much as I did for him and his family regardless of the complications he had with other associates I still was willing to help. The HD didn't even acknowledge.

We formed a bound and I even consider him family. When I could not appease his every need he made comments that I was just setting him up and called me a liar. Completely throwing me "under the bus", I was still willing to help him.

I spent a great deal of time with this customer and we formed a bound and I was the only person that would deal with him when he came into the store. I did everything in my power to satisfy him and dedicated by time off the clock to even help him.

As a representative of the HD I want to let everyone know that the HD bent over backwards for this customer. Yes we made mistakes and we back up our mistakes by making sure that All of our customers are satisfied.

one can not come after the fact later to fabricate or say a story to cover wat is viewed ,,it remains what legal action i or the person in this situation should take ,,especially now that a violent act has been said to have occurred .

You cannot even justify why the cabinets look or were hung regardless of wen purchased ,who purchased ,where purchased .the fact remains homdepot is responsible ..using my past history is not wat you can use for reason why this is wat you see ..

Kraftmaid doesn't do installs. Our installers did his install after he was not equipped to do it on his own. He threatened the owner so they walked. Wouldn't you?? They were there to install cabinets only. Owner was to do the rest himself.

In the photo cabinets are not installed yet. he lined them up so they looked the way he wanted them to. In the end he got them for free and the install was free as well. Home Depot wanted to get rid of him that bad... he is banned from all HD stores.

"Pharaoh" didn't quite tell the whole story. Left a lot of details out. He didn't order cabinets for til much later. Funny how he didn't mention threats he made to quite a few employees by bodily injury,shooting,stabbing us.even the Dist Mgr. shame .

I bought Kraftmaid cabinets from Home Depot, too, and they're beautiful. Kraftmaid folks install, not Home Depot. If you had problems, you should have stopped the installers and immediately contacted your sales person.

I had Lowes do my cabinet install and I went with Shannadoh and they were fantastic, best installers in the world...should call them instead!

I bought my kitchen cabinets from home depot (craftmaid) nice cabinets.The difference is that my brother and myself put the cabinets in,there was no way in h>$$ I would let home depot guy's do that kind of work,and I'm a rough framer/trim work guy...
