DC Snow Storm Hits Eastern Market

Bill and Jenny Humbert along with their dog Sadie were in Redmond, WA for the December snowstorm of 2008 while visiting family...it was beautiful! Fast forward, we recently relocated from the warm beaches of Destin, FL to the Washington DC area just in time for the infamous snow storm of Feb 2010. We were reminded of our snowy experience in Redmond and felt it only appropriate to share our DC experience with the King5 viewers of Redmond. The video was shot on the morning of Feb 6th at approximately 9:50am. It is still snowing hard at the time of this submission at 12 noon. The photos were taken midday on the 5th of February, later in the evening also on the 5th of February, and midmorning on the 6th of February respectively. In order to take the final picture, Bill was standing in snow that came up to his knees...all of that had fallen in a 24 hour period...more to come. Some call it wet....we call it wonderful!
