While returning home to Buckley, WA on 12/12/09, we noticed this unusual cirrus cloud formation to the east of Mt. Rainier.

Sorry about the bad information about these being Cirrus clouds - my pilot husband informed me last night that they are actually Lenticular clouds so I stand corrected! Still was a beautiful sight.
