Last week I had discovered a rare weather phenomenon on the North Creek trail in Mill Creek WA. Today I found more. This ice was thicker than the very fine Hair Ice I found just a week ago, but the same formation principles I do believe apply. I'd love to see what our weather experts at King 5 news have to say about these usual ice formations
