It was amazing.
My husband and I were making our way up to the bus to Seattle, and just before we passed in front of the Historic Everett Theater he stopped suddenly with a quiet sound of awe. I turned to see what he was looking at and not 3 feet away was this tiny bird busily finding a meal.
I was amazed that the bird could find anything on such a frosty morning! I also didn't know that there were any humming birds in the heart of Downtown Everett. It was a blessing!
Unfortunately, all we had were our not-too-high-quality cell phone cameras. This won't stand up with others that will be posted in response to the headliner story, but I had to share. It seemed too coincidental that we saw this bird the same day this story was featured.
