The tide has come up and over the road way at NE Whitman on Dash Point in Tacoma, Washington, washing it out in some places and chest high (4ft) in others. Decks and docks are being pummeled like kindling, some who have lived here for 40 years say this is the WORST they've ever seen for storm damage. Global warming?
