i live at 1514 pacific ave in aberdeen washington, i am flooded all around my house and i just had knee surgery 5 weeks ago today, the waer is up two stairs on my porch, i cant get out to go to dr appts or anything at the moment.
I go through this flooding every year, this one is the worst i have gone through yet
