This morning was another fantastic example why the Northwest is my favorite place to live. The sunrise this morning, was no exception. On of the best urban-like views of Mt Pilchuck is, in my opinion, from the west end of the airport trail not far from my home. Normally this time of year the airfield is blanketed in fog in the early morning hours which, when lit by the rising sun, becomes a pinkish-purple.
