Went down to the Ballard Locks this afternoon to watch the boats go in and out. Lots of activity for end of October. Funny to watch all the small boats (yachts) in the large locks and all the really big fishing boats using the small locks??? From time of entry into the locks to leaving took exactly 7 minutes and 28 seconds. Not bad....also great fall colors in the garden area.
