This photo is by Linda McFarlane, a Realtor who moved to Hyak to live in Snoqualmie Pass full time a little over a year ago. Her motto? "I live the life I sell!", An avid skier, Linda crashed when skiing in Lake Tahoe last February and her rental skis' bindings did not release. She spent many days in the hospital, and had multiple surgeries. She spent three months in a wheelchair and many months of rehab work before she could walk again. Not sure if she is going to hit the slopes this year, but you might find her snow shoeing instead! She loves the pass area, and walking around Gold Creek Pond and the many other hikes available in the area. She owns Mountain To Sound Realty in North Bend, and has agents who sell from Snoqualmie Pass all the way to West Seattle.
