After spending the entire day, from 3am, on Mount Rainier shooting the wildflowers and moonlight, I was hoping to capture a great sunset at the Sunrise area on Mt Rainier. The view to the west was ho-hum. The real action was this beautiful thunderhead formation east of the Cascades. Looks like it was really pelting the residents of Yakima!
