It was close to low tide. I was in my inflatable boat coming around Westpoint near Shilshole Bay in Seattle, Wa. I saw these teenagers really having a great time. Some were on the cell phones texting, a couple doing cartwheels, and the others were just enjoying the most outstanding view of Mt. Rainier.
