Fashion Show at Concours d ‘Elegance at The Wood
Amid the rare classic, sports and muscle cars on display, attendees will also enjoy the latest fashions from two local designers: Lucy Loves Ethel and MAC Fashion House. The 5th Annual Alderwood-Terrace Rotary Concours d ’Elegance At The Wood is schedule for June 23 from 1 to 5pm at the Lynnwood Golf Course.
Lucy Loves Ethel is all about fashion, style, versatility and comfort. All of their garments are designed to be worn together or added to an existing wardrobe. Fabrics that breathe and move easily add to the style and adaptability. One of their more popular designs is a skirt that transitions to a dress. Lucy Loves Ethel pant styles can be paired with heels, sandals or winter boots.
MAC FASHION HOUSE will be presenting a variety of fresh, vibrant cutting edge designs from local designer Carlisia Minnis. Her collection includes custom made fashions from swimwear to formal wear. MAC Fashions have appeared in fashion shows, nightclubs, in magazines and after parties for entertainers like Erykah Badu and Maxwell.
Three fashion shows will be presented during the four hour event. There will be no admission charge though guests are invited to make donations in support of the Rotary Club’s Foundation which benefits a variety of youth-oriented activities. Additionally, a wine tasting will be offered for sale.
The show will be open from 1pm to 5-pm, Saturday June 23, 2012 the Lynnwood Golf Course, 20200 68th Avenue West, Lynnwood, WA.
