The evening around 7;40 the ferry coming into Bremerton, Ferry stops midway and was surrounded by blue flashing lights of a Navy Boat as well as what appeared to be an Orange dinghy off the Ferry~ Perhaps a person fell over..not sure..Coast Guard Helicopter in on the Search., South Kitsap.
