I have officially been selected to take part in the Seattle Pageant Productions: 2012 MISS TEEN SEATTLE PAGEANT. I was selected from many qualified applicants to participate based on the information stated on my application and also an interview that took place. I will participate in a weekend event that will take place on Sunday, June 17, 2012. I will be competing in the division, one of four divisions that will have young ladies ages 7 and 19 competing in modeling routines, which include casual wear and formal wear. I will display my personality and interviewing skills while interviewing with this years Seattle judging panel. If I win the title of Seattle, I would represent Seattle and the surrounding communities at the National Competition that will take place in Orlando, Florida.
I am very excited to be competing with other young ladies. MISS TEEN is about having the ability to gain self-confidence, self-esteem, and gaining an experience that will allow you to achieve things in life that possibly you may have never attempted without this experience. Exposure such as this has afforded other participants the opportunity to compete in Nationals for a chance to win cash scholarships and bonds towards their education, a modeling award package, $30,000.00 in prizes, and the opportunity to represent their state at Nationals.
