The small neighborhood which my parents live in with my adult sister (who is disabled with cerebral palsy) is without power and heat. The residents have been stranded with no way to evacuate for 2 days. The 4 1/2 mile long, one lane gravel road which is the only way in or out, is covered with hundreds of trees. My disabled sister is running out of her seizure medication and my Dad told me he is out of chainsaw fule and only has enough generator fule to last until this afternoon and then they will freeze...
