D.J. branch of Marysville had time on her hands due to the snow storm, so her dog Tess ended up in the newest ensemble all of the fashionista pups are wearing this winter. Including cap, scarf and gloves; it's enough to make all of the neighborhood dogs so jealous that if they were cats there would definitely be a catfight!!
