These are peonies that have been in the garden for many years. We moved into this 1927 house in 1997 as the second owners. From what our neighbor told us, these peonies have been in the yard for as long as he can remember. We divided the ones in the picture from the original patch and mixed and matched them with English lavender, a small purple iris, sedum "Autumn Joy," and a volunteer variegated euphorbia.
