After being out of school for 30+ years and finding myself suddenly facing life as a displaced homemaker, I was finally able to accomplish a lifelong dream ... a college degree! Plus I also won the Humanities Division Outstanding Student Award! For an "old lady," it's all pretty exciting. Getting my AA from GRCC is the first step toward completing my dream of teaching. Next step, UW! :-)
